All persons are by nature free and independent, and have certain natural and unalienable rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty, of acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and of pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness. --Article I, Section 1, New Jersey State Constitution
FBI Director Louis Freeh buried the hatchet against militias while testifying before the Senate Subcommittee on Terrorism June 4, 1997. "We've worked very hard to try to evaluate and analyze the activity of the militias. Most of the militia organizations throughout the country are not, in our view, threatening or dangerous." Mr. Freeh went on to explain that the instances with the Republic of Texas, the Freemen, and the Oklahoma City bombers were not representative of what the county sheriffs around the nation were feeding back to the FBI concerning militia behavior and activities. He said that what is a concern is that "A biological attack is imminent."
"I know you have been very generous with your annual renewal support, but times like these call for an extra effort on all our parts. The strain on our current operating budget is the greatest in our 25-year history." So says Southern Poverty Law Center director, Morris Dees. Dees claims he needs the money for the "Militia Task Force." He, characteristically, claims the task force is needed to combat the rise in militia activity.
Dan Morse, staff writer for the Montgomery Advertiser, (who supplied us with this information), reported that "What the center didn't mention is the center's reserves, which total more than $60 million, are the largest in the group's history." Morse also reported that Dees takes in about $41,602 a day in contributions. The ultimate goal for the "Poverty" Law Center is to raise $100 million, invest it, and operate off the interest.
"In 1993, the American Institute of Philanthropy ranked the Law Center as the fourth least-needy charity in the nation," Morse reported.
Not surprisingly, many donors to the Southern Poverty Law Center are beginning to question the true motives behind Dees' constant harangue for money.
"We removed over a million people last year, between voluntary returns and formal deportations," said Virginia Kice, spokeswoman for the Immigration and Naturalization Service out of California.
That number, high as it is, must not be easing the problems caused by illegal immigration in California. Dan Stein, executive director for American Immigration Reform, based in Washington, D.C., along with representatives of six other anti-immigration groups, said that California police officers must be given authority to enforce immigration laws. "If we don't do this, said Stein, "the only thing left is self-help." (Self-help?--is that spelled m-i-l-i-t-i-a?)
Glen Spencer, director of the L.A.-based Voice of Citizens Together, told reporters that cities will "deputize" police officers to deport illegal immigrants and "you will have illegal aliens concentrated in liberal areas such as Los Angeles."
("Cities will "deputize" police officers?" Is that spelled m-i-l-i-t-i-a-m-e-n?)
When mainstream America begins calling for "self help" and for cities to "deputize" their own "police officers" this should serve as a warning, a serious warning, to government that things are not well in mainstream America. If these comments were made by militiamen John Trochmann or Norm Olson, they would be dismissed as just another example of "anti-government hate-speech." But this is coming from people outside the Militia Movement.
"The government is headed for a direct confrontation with its constituents on this issue," said former Border Patrol supervisor Bill King, who helped write Proposition 187, the anti-illegal immigration law passed by popular vote in California but held up by the judiciary.
If, and when, mainstream America accepts the concept of a citizens' militia as the norm to right the wrongs created by the legislative and judicial branches of our government, it will be a major victory for the Militia Movement.
Perhaps mainstream America is beginning to wake up to the fact that many of the Militia's complaints about governmental abuses isn't rhetoric after all. As we stated in an earlier newsletter, the militia will never drive the people to the government--the government will drive the people to us, because the government is the real problem. No one in America really feels threatened by the militia, despite the endless harangue leveled against us by the media and various government officials.
The problems in America today are coming out of Washington, not the back woods of Montana or Michigan--or New Jersey.
This bill is designed "To enhance international security by using the resources and expertise of the international financial institutions and the United Nations to redirect world military spending to human development." Here are a few excerpts:
Section 2. Findings. (1) The world's governments spend $840,000,000,000 each year to support military forces of more than 23,000,000 soldiers.
(3) The United States and other developed nations bear significant responsibility for excessive military expenditures, accounting for 77 percent of world military spending and for 94 percent of arms transfers to developing nations, with the United States being the world's leader in both categories.
(10) Top-ranking United States and international officials...recognize the urgent need to reduce world military spending...
(11) Congress and the President have also made the reduction of world military spending a goal of United States foreign policy, and provided for the use of financial resources and technical capabilities [by the UN]...
Sec. 5. Within 3 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall prepare and deliver to the Congress and to the Secretary General of the United Nations a report as described in section 4 (2) that would detail the changes in other nations' forces and United States forces that would permit by the year 2000 a dramatic reduction in United States forces that would permit by the year 2000 a dramatic reduction in United States military spending.
Closing note: Every time a militia or patriot group accuses Washington of surrendering our sovereignty to the UN they're immediately labeled "conspiracy wackos." Anyone who reads HR 1293 for themselves will quickly realize that we were right all the time. This is a major sell-out of our sovereignty and transfer of our wealth to the UN.
On Friday May 2, 1997, San Diego police attempted to serve a warrant at a house in the suburb of National City and were greeted by automatic gunfire. Police exchanged gunfire with the suspected criminals inside. The confrontation lasted over an hour and was videotaped. CS gas, the same type used at Waco, was shot into the house. According to the Union Tribune as the CS gas filled the house it ignited and caused the entire structure and surrounding palm trees to be engulfed in flames. Two people inside the house died of either gunshot or incineration.
During the Waco hearings three years ago the Federal Government maintained that CS gas is not flammable. This formed the basis of the mass suicide charge against the Branch Davidians. The Branch Davidians ranch burst into flames after the FBI and other Federal Police pumped CS gas into the occupied buildings. Attorney General Janet Reno approved the use of CS gas. --Bill Utterback
"Mr. Speaker, let us tell it like it is. When nuns and monks who take a vow of poverty give $140,000 to a presidential campaign, ladies and gentlemen, when a welfare worker who makes $20,000 a year gives the entire $20,000 to a presidential campaign, something is funny.
"If that is not enough to freeze your stir fry, when an assistant secretary of commerce responsible for international trade raises 3.5 million Chinese dollars for a presidential campaign, this is not about Democrats, this is not about Republicans. This is about national security and communists, communists who may have compromised big people in high places in our government.
"But let me say this, Congress. These Chinese communists did not provide all those bucks because they are enamored with and love America. Beam me up, Mr. Speaker. I say, let the dragon chips fall where they may." --Rep. James Traficant
"Libertarians are gaining in popularity," say Perry Willis, national director of the Libertarian Party. A recent survey revealed that 24% to 30% of the American people have solid libertarian positions. Up from last years Gallup poll of 20%.
"Voters trust hookers more than they trust politicians!" said Willis. "No wonder 50 to 80 million Americans have embraced the leave-me-alone philosophy of the Libertarian Party."
A recent survey revealed:
*65% of Americans say "government is to big and must be cut back."
*59% say government should play a "smaller role in our lives."
*50% agree that the "federal government has too much power."
*57% say they are "tired of the stale left-right debate in American politics."
*65% agree that government "interferes too much in people's private lives."
51% say "you can't trust the government to do what's right."
A nationwide survey taken by Fox News Sunday/Opinion Dynamics in February found that 55% of Americans think prostitutes are likely to tell the truth, compared to only 12% who chose politicians.
[Note: What planet are these 12% from?--Ed]
"We are a defensive militia, our membership is made up of Christians, such as yourself, with Christian goals and methods of forgiving, communicating and then only using force as our last defense of our Christian faith and each other," said Colonel Ken Carter.
Anyone interested in more information write:
Colonel Ken CarterMountain Home AFB, Idaho--For two weeks soldiers from the Idaho National Guard's 321st Engineer Bn. had the opportunity to enjoy British fine dining during a joint annual training mission here with British army engineers.
Curried chicken and rice proved to be a favorite for many of the U.S. and British soldiers. "Two nights ago it was beef Wellington," said SFC Glen Wilkerson, the 321st's mess sergeant. "We Yanks all liked it, but the Brits thought it wasn't salty enough."
Sharing cooks wasn't the only thing that was unique about this year's annual training for the 321st. Both U.S. and British soldiers had the opportunity to live and train in field conditions together, sharing skills and work-related experiences while familiarizing themselves with each other's vehicles, weapons and equipment.
"This training experience was unique," said Lt. Col. Philip Burch, the 321st's commander. "We fully integrated all the British soldiers, right down to our engineer squads."
Approximately 70 British soldiers from 131 Independent Commando Squadron, Royal Engineers, a Territorial Army unit from Birmingham, participated in the joint training. The British and U.S. soldiers also assisted Mountain Home AFB in some local domestic action projects. --Soldiers, March, 1996
"This Police State nonsense is frightening news. Who do they think they are? Have they lost the distinction between governing a people and subduing an enemy? Really, I think the Greek system was the best and should be brought back: Each elected official was able to be tried by the citizens after his term of office expired. If he was found to have acted improperly, he was sentenced to death, exile or prison. This is the real meaning of accountability." ---Ian Gibson
"The number of Americans filing personal bankruptcies last year surged past one million for the first time..." reports the Columbus Dispatch, March 5, 1997. The bankruptcy rate has tripled since 1981. One common cause of the rise of bankruptcies is the easy availability of credit cards.
Bankruptcy is built into the Federal Reserve system. All money issued by the Fed is principal. It's up to the borrower to come up the interest--which the Federal Reserve never printed. In other words, if every dollar ever printed were collected and given back to the Federal Reserve that would only cover the principal. The money to cover the interest--nearly 6 trillion dollars--cannot be collected because it was never printed and doesn't exist! The end result is someone has to loose--and 1.1 million lost last year.
When Congress passed the Federal Reserve Act back in 1913, Henry Ford--no stranger to money--said: "If the American people knew what has been done to them there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning."
Knesset members Moshe Gafni (Religious Party) and Nissim Zvill (Labor Party) have introduced a bill that would outlaw virtually all forms of Christian evangelism in the state of Israel. The bill reads as follows:
Penal law proposition (amendment-possession, printing, copying, distribution, sharing of, and importing of advertisements to induce religious conversion).
Prohibition of inducement for religious conversion 174C:
A) Whoever possesses contrary to the law, or prints or copies or distributes or shares or imports tracts or advertises things in which there is an inducement for religious conversion is liable for one year imprisonment.
B) Any tract or advertisement in which there is inducement to religious conversion will be confiscated.
This information was sent to us in the newsletter Trumpet of Salvation. It's written by Jacob Damkani, a native born Israeli who converted to Christianity in the early 1970's while living here in New Jersey. He's probably the leading street evangelist in Israel and no doubt prompted Knesset members to push for this bill.
"This means that evangelists will no longer be permitted to possess or distribute literature that 'induces conversion'. Doing so would result in imprisonment. This bill has passed the first Knesset vote. It now needs to pass two more in order to outlaw all evangelistic activities. The procedure normally takes about one year," Damkani reports.
The following comment was made by former Rep. Joe Kolter to his election staff:
"I have to be--you heard of a whore? I'm a whore. I'm a political whore. And I'm going to play it to the hilt. Shaking hands and kissing everybody. I mean I'm here to get elected.
"I'll be going to a lot of funeral homes. Just walk in and if I faintly remember who these people are--just walk in and shed a little tear and sign my name and take off."
"I'll ban all handguns by end of this year," said Tony Blair, newly elected Prime Minister of Great Britain. One opposing voice comes from Buckingham Palace. Prince Philip said, "I can't believe that members of a shooting club are any more dangerous than members of a squash club or a golf club or anything else. I mean, they are perfectly reasonable people. I sympathize desperately with the people who are bereaved at Dunblane, but I'm not altogether convinced that it's the best system to somehow shift the blame on to a very large and peaceable part of the community. I mean if...look, if somebody...if a cricketer, for instance, suddenly decided to go into a school and batter a lot of people to death with a cricket bat which he could do very easily, I mean are you going to ban cricket bats?" (Note: Is anyone in Washington reading this?--Ed)
"The United Nations Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice is expected to approve a resolution this week to urge countries to impose tighter restrictions on gun ownership and export. Momentum is gathering for worldwide action on gun control to stem the increasing number of deaths from firearms among civilian," Reuters News reported.
It goes without saying that the United States was the center of attention at the conference held in Vienna--knowing that without U.S. support the resolution will go nowhere. It's reported that 41% of U.S. households have firearms, Australia 16% and Britain 4%.
Would You Join A Militia? Militias--in the news, out in the woods, testifying before Congress. What they mean, and who are the members? Would you join a militia?
A) Absolutely not. Militias are dangerous to our democracy. They are merely paramilitary private armies and should be outlawed. 17% chose A.
B) I might join a militia, but I would need to know more than I do. Aren't they already in trouble with the government? While I might sympathize with the movement, considering the Federal Government attacks on citizens, I am really not that kind of person. 45% chose B.
C) I have already joined. All Americans citizens, from ages 17 to 45, already ARE members of the unorganized militia. However, I have joined and train with a unit in my county. 12% chose C.
D) You've got to be kidding. Are you crazy? 26% chose D.

That's what Jesus called His church. Salt is used as a preservative against rot and decay. When Ellen DeGeneres 'came out of the closet' on her TV show, admitting that she is a lesbian, the following quarter page ad appeared in the San Jose Mercury News, April 30, 1997:
"We celebrate your coming out of the closet and welcome you into our homes, just as we wish to welcome all members of the gay and lesbian community into our houses of faith."
The ad was sponsored by 26 churches in the San Jose area. Many of them mainstream.
If we are to avoid a nuclear World War II, "a system of world order--preferably a system of world government" is needed, declares Walter Cronkite in his recent book A Reporters Life.
"The proud nations someday will see the light and, for the common good and their own survival, yield up their precious sovereignty, just as America's thirteen colonies did two centuries ago. When we finally come to our senses and establish a world executive and parliament of nations, thanks to the Nuremberg precedent we will already have in place the fundamentals for a third branch of government, the judiciary." --The New American, May, 1997
Ordell Sheppard was sent to the Cook County Jail in Chicago 9 years ago for failing to reveal the whereabouts of his daughter. This all started over a child-custody battle between Sheppard and his wife. He maintains he doesn't know where his daughter is. No trial, no conviction. Doesn't matter. Sheppard has spent the past nine years in prison with no end in sight.
Dear Congressman DeLay,
Your courage to expose by impeachments such a powerful body as the federal judiciary is an answer to the continuous prayers by so many whose rights and liberties have been trampled on by the courts of justice. God will sustain and strengthen you in your mission.
The law has defined the limits of judicial jurisdiction that bind judges' exercise of judicial power. Refusal to take due jurisdiction is a failure to comply with duty. Acting beyond jurisdictional limits is an abuse of power and frequently an actual criminal act. The government must be informed of perverted use of the bench by judicial, and even non-judicial officers involved in defrauding the courts.
Presently there are two impending impeachments in the House. One against Circuit Judge Los Mansmann. The other against Clerks Suter, Sisk and Walsh of the U.S. Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and District Court respectively. These officers have paralyzed court proceedings and denied people's access to the courts by not docketing or scheduling cases (including FOIA/PA Complaints), or dismissing them by fraudulent Orders signed by Circuit Judge Mansmann, or other judges, in the same cases in which the judge is defendant-appellee-respondent.
Judge Mansmann's misconduct as reported by impeachment documents since 1993 can be summarized as follows: She was sued in her "private capacities" (Case No. 93-927) for offenses against several statutes of Title 18 U.S.C. The matters involve conspiracy to conceal criminal activities by judicial and non-judicial officials in fixing federal cases, tampering with records and destruction of filed evidence and crucial briefs.
The case was defaulted beyond the time allowed to answer. Default was entered in District Court Clerk's Office; therefore all allegations of complaint were admitted by defendants. Moreover these allegations were proven by the "record" beyond possibility of contest. The issues of damages and requests remain to be tried by a jury.
Now nineteen (19) district court judges of New Jersey apparently refused to preside over the jury trial, for the assigned judge was replaced by a judge from Philadelphia serving in the same building as Judge-Defendant Mansmann. Coercion upon such judge by his superior, Judge Mansmann, is evidenced by the story that evolved.
The re-assigned judge came to N.J. and, in a non-jury trial without the participation of plaintiffs, dismissed the defaulted case. The dismissal order was supported by an opinion that did not reflect the caption of the case, the allegations and pleadings of complaint, the evidence submitted, the judicial records or the claims of jurisdiction under which the complaint was filed. A series of fabrications filled for these deficiencies.
The U.S. Attorney was not able to produce a statute that would give jurisdiction to the U.S. Attorney's Office to represent "individuals", or defendants charged with offenses under Title 18 U.S.C. or to proceed in a case long defaulted and therefore "moot". Default was not cured, nor was cure requested under any grounds whatsoever.
A motion for mistrial was filed July 2, 1993, but the District Court Clerk has not yet scheduled such motion. Petitions to the Court of Appeals were ineffective as they are submitted to Judge Mansmann the Defendant-Appellee in same case.
In this fashion violations continue in the Court of Appeals where Circuit Judge Mansmann issues and signs Orders and Injunctions in the same cases in which she is defendant-appellee-respondent. The impeachment documents contain about a dozen such alleged Court's decisions. The corruptive influence of the judge directly affects Court of Appeals Clerk Sisk who submits appeals and appellate actions to the judge who is defendant-appellee-respondent in these actions (despite notifications and motions not to do it) instead to submit such actions to the Court. Or he simply destroys them. No reason given.
Complaints for official misconduct against Clerk Sisk are obviously not submitted to the Court for he notified the complainant that the Council for the Third Circuit has denied review of dismissals but he is unable to produce such Orders despite numerous requests. When such alleged Orders are requested by FOIA/PA Complaints in district court (Mar. 6, 1996 and Apr. 11, 1997) the complaints are not filed by District Court Clerk Walsh also under corruptive influences.
It happens also that complaints for judicial misconduct against Judge Mansmann are dismissed as "frivolous" by memorials that fabricate the allegations of complaint, concealing the real allegations. Original complaints are not preserved for public scrutiny. Only memorials of systematic dismissals are preserved. That is the policy in many circuits. But when complaints are re-submitted for review by the Council of the Third Circuit, the Orders denying review are being signed by Judge and complained party Mansmann.
The influence of Judge Mansmann also reaches the high offices of the U.S. Supreme Court. Petitions for writ of certiorari and writ of mandamus related to the Orders and Injunctions signed by a circuit judge in her own cases are declared "frivolous" one after the other, clearly upon fraudulent summary-memos submitted by Clerk Suter to the justices. Thus Clerk Suter is committing systematic fraud upon the Court and the People as these erroneous decisions based on erroneous record are published. This amounts to seizing the COURT'S JURISDICTION to decide "real controversies", for the controversy submitted by Clerk Suter is a fantasy upon which the COURT has no jurisdiction, while the concealed one has actually been stolen from the record and the COURT.
Clerk Suter's and the Court's Orders that he says have been signed by the justices have been requested under FOIA/PA Complaint in district court. The complaint has been dismissed without the production of the documents requested and no jury summoned. A motion for mistrial submitted in Sept., 1996, has not been scheduled.
Clerks Suter, Sisk and Walsh are under impending impeachment for these conspiring activities and other criminal allegations.
No briefs or defenses whatsoever were brought up and submitted on behalf of the defendants in any case either in the Court of Appeals or in the Supreme Court. It is evident that the defendants took the role of the Court by disposing of the cases against themselves.
Circuit Judge Mansmann in concert with Clerks Suter, Sisk and Walsh have run every red light the government has placed in their path, and in doing so they have already abandoned and betrayed the system of justice. Impeachments are a mere formality of the fact that they do not perform or belong in their entrusted offices. They acted instead beyond their jurisdictions, encroaching upon the Court's jurisdiction by fraud.
Congressman DeLay, we ask Your Honor, respectfully, to bring to the Floor of the House the Impeachments against Circuit Judge Mansmann and Clerks Suter, Sisk and Walsh, and thus remove the dust that has buried and polluted the judicial system long enough causing a famine of faith in proper legal procedures throughout the United States of America.
Most respectfully,
M.G.

Dear Editors,
The alternative NY Press is interesting. However, as someone associated with another alternative publication, the New Jersey Militia Newsletter, I found it incongruous to find an example of what [columnist] Mugger calls the "herdlike mentality" of the media in the very article in which he rails against it (June 18-24, 1996). He approvingly quotes Nicholas von Hoffman's remark that no doubt the writers who make The Village Voice worth reading will be let go: as von Hoffman put it, "Kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out, as the militiamen like to say on the front of their baseball caps."
That "kill 'em all" sentiment is repugnant to the militia; anyone with those words on his or her cap would be asked to leave. The "kill 'em all" mentality comes from the standing army the framers feared. It is found particularly among some SOG (Special Operations Group), LURP (long range reconnaissance patrol) and SEAL (SEa, Air, Land) soldiers, all of whom are trained and paid by the government, and none of whom are part of the militia. Such a mindset is not confined to elite forces, however. The man convicted of the Oklahoma bombing, Timothy McVeigh, a decorated Gulf War soldier assigned to a mechanized infantry unit, reportedly shared that same view.
"The militia," said George Mason, the father of the Bill of Rights, "is the whole people, except a few public officials." It is purely a defensive force. The militia, according to the U.S. Code, Title 10, Section 311 includes you, esteemed editors of the NY Press. Being of that same body--perhaps you agree--let me leave you with the thought, fellow militiamen and women, that when the alternative press unwittingly spreads the canards of the establishment media it must re-double its vigilance against that baleful influence.
Signed,Why are we sitting idly by shunning our responsibilities of vigilance and activity and at the same time pointing our fingers at the next person as if they do it. Allow me to say this, you are the people who know and understand the dire circumstances facing our country, therefore the spirit of liberty can not tolerate that mode of thinking! The situation we find our nation and state in is extremely serious but yet complacency prevails, why!? You must realize that it is imperative that you get involved and attend NJM meetings. If possible, start meetings in your own area and develop a working relationship with other counties. Every few months send representatives from your county to a steering committee meeting. Accomplishments will become greater via working together!! We must put to rest the fear of infiltration. If you are a good and honest American, you have nothing to fear. As a matter of fact, you the American patriot, will display your noble character, and your way of thinking, duty, honor and country. Remember this, there are many who draw our attendtion to some of the many problems. Problems such as, vehicle confiscation starting in October 1997, the sectioning off of America via the UN biosphere Programs, which will isolate communities, the Heritage River Program which will reduce water mobility, etc. Once again, without your involvement and unity it will be impossible to meet the challenge!!
In the cause of freedom,The Pinelands Commission controls almost a million acres in seven southern N.J. counties. To add insult to injury the United Nations has brazenly designated the Pinelands an International Biosphere Reserve. In the defense of property rights the NJCS submitted the following resolutions to the Commission:
Pinelands Commission
Mr. Chairman,
It is imperative for this commission, or any other political body to understand, "What state all men are naturally in, and that is, a state of perfect freedom to order their actions, and dispose of their possessions and persons as they think fit, within the bounds of the law of nature, without asking leave, or depending upon the will of any other man." Therefore to protect and to promote this basic philosophy, and to obtain safety and happiness and live in tranquillity, sovereign individuals collectively joined together to create a form of government (the State of N.J.) for the mutual protection of themselves and their posterity's individual God given inalienable rights. If the concept of enjoying liberty is violated in any manner by any government, state, federal or foreign, then that government has committed an act of treason against the founding principles of this nation, and placed itself in a permanent state of war with the people.
Mr. Chairman, the New Jersey Committee of Safety hereby requests of you that your signature of assurance be affixed to this resolution acknowledging that:
A. This Commission recognizes that the inhabitants of New Jersey have both the natural right of privacy and the right to hold their property in allodium.
B. Never will this Commission allow any state, federal or foreign agency to obstruct or violate the people's property rights.
C. Never will this Commission lobby to fund either indirectly or directly any agency including the United Nations to assume hegemony over our state.
D. Article 1, Section 1 of the New Jersey Constitution is the order of the day.

Pinelands Commission
Mr. Chairman,
The New Jersey Committee of Safety deems it absolutely necessary to obtain your written assurance that:
A. Never at any time will this commission endeavor to relinquish the sovereignty of the people of New Jersey or the sovereignty of the state of New Jersey.
B. This Commission will keep within the spirit of Article 1, Section, 1 N.J. Constitution and the 10th Amendment of our Bill of Rights, and it will never sanction any authority in any capacity whatsoever to the United Nations to obtain jurisdiction over our land, air or water.
C. This Commission will never lobby the state or federal government to have said agencies, confiscate the fruits of one's labor through the 2nd Plank of the Communist Manifesto, the income tax or any type of lawful taxation to supply either indirectly or directly the U.N. or to enhance its (U.N.) efforts of control over the state of New Jersey.
D. Never will there be any affiliation by this commission with any government agency, state or federal, which will have the potential of eating out our substance, such as and not limited to, the control of our waterways, water usage, land mass and air, public right of way and as such.

Pinelands Commission
Mr. Chairman,
The intent of both State and Federal Constitutions and including our Bill of Rights are to promote the general welfare of the people of New Jersey. Therefore, the people not only vest their powers to the public servant but depend upon them to legislate in accordance with the law. However, the responsibilities and the accountability to the people have been removed from the public servant through the creation of this commission. Thus this commission wields a vast amount of power which is far beyond the scope of natural law and the intent of our founding documents which rest upon the law of nature.
To prevent harm or damage against the citizenry of our state from this commission which is not subject to or accountable to the public, the New Jersey Committee of Safety hereby deems it necessary to have an independent body of people present at all Pinelands Commission and related closed door meetings. This body (the numbers will be determined by the N.J.C.S.) will act as the eyes and ears for the safety of New Jersey.
We hereby request of the Chairman of the Pinelands Commission to affix your signature in good faith, to this document in approval to the aforementioned.
